Hi guys, I am new to the site obviously and here to read up and gain some knowledge. I am 21 years old and in the begining of this year Feb. 1st 2011 I decided to join a gym and get in shape. I was 300lbs and now weigh in at 200 and feel a hell of a lot better. I was doing light weight training along the cardio path but now I am focusing just on building muscle. I am currently on a supplement stack which consist of: USP LABS-Pink Magic,Prime,Anabolic Pump,PowerFULL,Jack3d,Modern BCAA and it definetly made a difference but nothing like I am looking for, which is why I decided to join here to further my knowledge

    Welcome.

Congrats on losing the weight. I know what a difference that makes.

I would drop some of the supplements and learn how to eat. Over time I have stopped almost all sups and just eat a solid diet. My gains are better than ever. Definitely go over to the diet section and have those guys point you down the right path.

I wouldn't consider AAS for two reasons: your age, and your short time lifting. Eat right, lift heavy and read up so you have a firm understanding for later.

Do some reading and ask questions in the diet section. "Eating healthy" doesn't work, we really need to eat specifically for gaining size and strength. I hope you like the taste of chicken! :-)

You can learn a lot by reading the stickies in the different sections. Plus, questions tend to be asked over-and-over, so doing a search can get you faster results than posting a question and waiting for answers. Just don't comment on old threads...people get all grumpy when you bring old threads back to life. Heh.

Thanks, still dealing with body fat which is stressing me out...some say its loose skin but im sure there is still fat. I am going to start doing some AM cardio before breakfast starting the first monday of november and contiue with it on a regular. I am just so tired of cardio after doing 3 miles 6 days a week for about 5-6 months straight !!

When I am in a push up position I have that "water in a bag" sagging of my belly, pretty sure its fat/skin mixed smh

Great work on your losses so far. Time to really dial in your diet and training. Head to diet section. AAS is still a long long time away for you.

I am now at the point where I eat on schedule and ignore whatever "feelings" I get. It doesn't matter if I feel hungry, or full, or have no appetite - when it is time to eat, I go make exactly what I am supposed to eat. Once it became a process, and not a treat, it became easier.

Did I break this rule ?

    12. Do Not post names or links to research or supplement companies companies with the exception of the board's sponsor. If you wish to use another research company, or communicate via pm concerning one, that is fine, but please don't advertise them on the main board.

If so I will remove it asap, not sure lol
