Waiting on my order (UNHAPPY)

I ordered on Oct 14th i paid $20 for shipping for express and here it is the 25th still not here. Yall was out of B12 and still no refund yet.. I emailed yall and no reply. If I don't get a reply here I will go ahead and start a charge back. I don't like having $150 just floating somewhere I can't enjoy.

I am interested to see if they reply as they recently stopped being a sponsor. It sounds like your order has gone to hell, but I will say that I have always had great service from AR-R.

No research chemical company has taken their place as a sponsor. At this point they are probably keeping a low profile. Advertising your research products on a non-reasearch forum related to bodybuilding is a bit high-profile.

Yep they have when to hell in a hand basket. I recommend no one order from ar-r for right now. Something is going on with them. I ask MODs to please find out whats going on. Most of us find ar-r from this site and if they are now screwing people out of money its bad for yalls business as well.

Why do you recommend that people not order? I ordered after their site went down and came back up. The order went smoothly (like it has a bazillion times before) and it was in my mailbox yesterday. No problems.

I know there is a lot of guessing and rumors, but my experience is real...not hysteria.

Why didnt i see this yesterday? I just placed an order. Something is definitely up with AR-R. I placed an order earlier this month that took 3 weeks from the day i placed the order to arrive at my door. This was wierd because im so use to them sending orders and i receive it in days... I placed another order thinking they just effed up once & its been processing for 3 days now... Not bashing. Just wondering why in the sudden change of customer service?
