Learned how to pose a little better which certainly also helps, but I think the gains are still noticeable nonetheless

My entire routine is so dynamic (i.e. completely changes every 2 weeks), it'd be nearly impossible to lay it out as I have no single 'go to' back routine.

if i done tren again i dont think i would have a G.F i didnt sleep for 10 weeks and i was rapidly going mentally insane but it is amazing ........ so i will prob do it again and then post pictures of me locked in a cupboard with only my food for the day lol![]()
