So I was reading something somewhere and happened across an article on bulgur wheat. It's supposed to have 1gr more carb per serving than brown rice, far more protein and fiber and be lower on the GI than brown rice. I bought some and it has a slight "nutty" taste. Anybody else use this as a carb source? I've used it as a mix with my chicken and veg and it's alright, for now. I can see how this might get a little old tasting after a while. Any suggestions for altering the flavor? Heck does anybody here know anything about this stuff? I can't seem to find any recipes for bodybuilding with this.
