    Circulating E2 is only an issue for a few days. Your body will quickly metabolize or otherwise excrete it. The same goes for other free hormones.

    You're talking about abdominal distention.
    I was talking about estrogenic water retention from the test (bloat), not some gorilla belly effect from over-eating.

    yep mate, i always associate bloat with the abdomen, thats where the diffs in opinion where coming from. here the term 'stomach distention' is simply referred as bloat in TV ads for meds etc. if you google bloat you'll see stomach, stomach and more stomach. i would have associated other water related issues as 'edema'.

    i think we need to ask posters exactly what they mean by 'bloat' in future

    However, estrogenic water retention is different from any form of edema. Have you ever touched someone with serious edema? Because it is a completely different level of water retention, and does not share the same cause (as edema is usually caused by CHF, and never high estrogen).
    While edema is usually "pitting" (where the water is almost free-floating under the skin and will leave indentations when pressed on, like memory foam), estrogen bloat basically just swells existing adipose tissue (in my experience, anyway).

    i am doing a test E 12 weeks and tren E 10cweeks cycle and have pitted edema in my legs and have really bad stomach bloat i eat clean as well, only carbs or bad food i eat is wholemeal pasta, porridge oats and sweet potato all the rest is proteins like chicken fish eggs protein flapjacks shakes fruit and vegatables. also i saw good gains in first 4 weeks from the d-bol kickstarter but seem to have lost alot of size from water and see no effects from the tren and test after 4 weeks ? also cant do cardio as it kills me ?
