Dropped 3lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle the past 3days as I cleaned up my diet a lil.
So now mid week 6 I'm at 187.
When I lower the carbs now I feel they're out of my system leaving me craving much faster than when I was natty they seem to disappear out of my system in like an hour then I feel the fat is melting away as I get brain fogged as if I'm dieting natty for days.
My hands are getting bigger every day today woke up with some growing pains in my fingers.
