I used it a few years ago......didn't notice anything different except my wallet being thinner. Better off with almost any OTC joint relief supplement, much cheaper too. Don't know about cissus

As you know I have been using a lot of different things like this also for several months. Cissus for a few months and currently, 4 a day, Glucosimine, MSN, Hyaluronic-Acid and a few others. Nothing has helped dramatically.
Anti inflammatory, pain relievers and Ice has helped the most but i will keep taking the others just in case they are helping a little to rebuild or cushion the joints.

MSM powder. I've been taking for 14+ years. Swear by it. It is subtle. Won't notice the effects for a few weeks. then one day, you'll realize that your knees haven't been bothering you too badly.

it's the same way when i run out or forget to take it.... after a couple of weeks, my knees really start getting sore

If it has the word "animal" in the name then it has my vote.

yeah i rem using glucosamine maybe 10 or so years ago, but iirc it took a go 6-8wks before it eased my knees alittle. do any of the others kick in a bit faster.

prob just clutching at straws but looking to throw anything at this damn rotator prob, its driving me insane and really weighing on my mind

I'm a fan of Controlled Labs Orange Triad, 2000 mg of Glucosamine (1000mg chondroiten, 1000mg sulfate)...plus a slew of other minerals/vitamins and only requires 6caps/day unlike animal's 20caps/day. Only thing the multi lacks is vitamin C and calcium which is easily supplemented and affordable.

I'm familiar with that pain, had to limit myself on certain lifts and be extra careful on form .......it sucks no matter how you slice it.....too bad deca doesn't do it for you, low dose deca is the only thing that has remotely helped me.

I dont strongly recommend many supplements , but I do strongly recommend Joint Force by Ergopharm. Its a spray - you srpray it right on the area of injury - its used by pro atheletes to accelerate healing. Its a great product. Ive tried many oral products to relieve joint pain and discomfort - I have quite a bit of it due to a severe car accident. Nothing seemed to help. My knees and ankles are a mess and I was in a ton of dioscomfort. Epharm sent me a bottle of this with 2 of their other products to check out. After trying this I can honestly say this is the only product that helps. You can get it for like $20 US and it will last a long time, esp if you are usinbg it only on one or 2 areas. Its worth the checkout Dec....

always had a dull ache after training delts/chest for about 1.5yrs and never really did anything about it. last november i was doing a shoulder w/o and got a sharp pain in it, 2 days later i felt ok and attempted some dbell flies and got the same pain so quit the session. later that night i was doin a door and had to spring into action and wrestle some twat to the ground, there was a like a cracking noise from my delt area and a popping feeling inside, i could barely lift my arm for 2wks and have been playing cat and mouse with it ever since. my MRI isnt until apr

i will point out that despite having a 13yr powerlifting base before using AAS, my shoulder press and benching flew up in poundage while on gear and thats when i got the 1st ever trouble with my shoulders.

be careful with shoulders, i wish id gone through all the proper rotator cuff warm up and exercises from day one

I feel ya man, I was getting better; or so I though until the other night 2 things happened, when reaching for something it tweaked worse than normal and then when doing some in bed extra curricular activities I noticed it was putting quite a bit of strain on the shoulder and come to think of it may have been the original factor for the injury. Trying to do to many things at one time.

this stuff couldnt be working already?!

im only on it since monday and i managed x2 255kgs deadlifting tonight. now granted, i could seem to dead alright with this injury but i havent been above 220kgs in months and would have had bearable discomfort in it afterwards. but jez, up to x2 255kgs and no discomfort at all?! and thats counting an extra x3 240kg progression lift.
