Trying to get the lower abs to come out diet goes like this morning 3/4 cup of egg white with ground Turkey maybe half a cup 99% lean ground turkey around 9am protein shake zero carb Isopure with half a banana mixed with water. Around 10 am 5 boiled eggs just the egg white . 11 30 am another Isopure shake. Lunch 1 pm salad with beef chilli or grilled chicken Ceaser light Ceaser. Pre workout before the jack 3d mixed with green magnitude creative and l arginine 5000 gnc, intra work out purple wrath and post work out drink dark matter. Dinner 3/4 cup egg white 2 pieces 4 oz grilled chicken mixed with brocolli, Work out 6 days a week abs every 2 days or 3 days . Just started doing cardio again. Had cut it out didn't want to drop weight. Supplements oxy elite pro ( just started taking it) 1400 mg fish oil pills, l carnitine 1000mg, b6 300 mg , one a day vitamins, cla 1000mg, green tea extract 400 mg
This is the cycle I'm good to do
400mgs of Testosterone Propionate per week (wk 1-12)
30mgs of Anavar per day (wk 1-6)
0.50 mgs arimidex per day
Post cycle therapy (PCT):
week 13-16: 100mgs of clomid ED + 40mgs nolvadex ED
week 17-18: 50mgs clomid ED
Need help on what can I do to burn more fat. How much cardio to do every day ?? I don't mind cardio I use to box. So running is no problem for me i just don't want to do to much and burn off muscle run 2 miles a day 6 days a week? Diet need to change? All help appreciated trying to gain some muscle 10 lbs or so an get cut up and lose more body fat
