Diet coach

I don't know any Internet coaches, but I can attest to the value of a diet coach overall. I used one for a few months (a local competitor) and she didn't teach me anything I didn't already know, but she was able to adjust things week by week as we found the right amount of calories, or if my energy levels were low, or if I found it difficult to, uh, have a bowel movement (I only say it because it is true). More importantly, I had to send her pic every Monday and that was a big motivator.

Yep that's all I'm looking for!! That and someone to keep accountable to someone who knows there sh!t.
