it could just be the swelling that occurs in the days after you inject that is causing this....you said your running test400 wich is a concentrated form of test so ther will most likely be pain and swelling in the area of injection specialy if its your first cycle...maybee try pinning a half ml twice a week and see if that makes a difference...
