thanks for lots of replies but to answer your questions...
now that you mention it... i do squat quite a bit more then in proportion to my other body parts. Actually i also asked one of my buddies and he told me the way i squat makes my ass get worked too much or something so i will probably fix that lol. i hate having a huge ass i swear
and my body fat right now is probably 14%. istarted with about 12 but i have noticed my abs are becoming more blurry
yah ima start pinning in my shoulders now... if that swells up like my ass i wouldn't mind cuz ill look huge
