my friend just called and asked me to ask you guys: he has previously taken t400 and got very sore and even got an infection from the type of alcohol he thinks... he wants to know if he cuts t400 with equipoise will it reduce his soreness and maybe help?

sorry i forgot to meantoin nolvadex...i am getting it .... i could easilyy get arimidex also...which would be better for me?...i took noladex in 10 mg strength every other day in my preivious cycle starting week 3 of an 8 week cycle of test and d-bol

This issue is being debated - but I personally believe that 20mg of nolvadex should be run through out the cycle till the end of PCT

20mg
- wouldn't affect your real gains. (only water)
- reduce gyno if prone (why risk - gyno is irreversible)
- wouldn't bloat (I liked bloating at first - now I hate it, especially in the morning)
- burn some fat (and won't have extra bloated fat stored)
- for me personally - I feel much better, when started taking - muscles look better (defenition) - got a bunch of compliments

Right on Bro!! That's exactly what i ran for my first cycle. What dosage are you doing? I forgot by the time I got to the end of the post. Do 500mg/wk test(broken down to 2 shots a week) in my opinion and a little less for your deca. Like someone mentioned above too, I know we got distracted along the way, but have your anti-e's on hand before you start just in case. Keep us posted. Keep researching. Keep growing bro!

Im doing 250 mg test enth and 200 mg deca per week then 50 mg winstrol oral per day for six weeks...doesnt sound like high dosages but i have taken steroids before(for ex. fina at 25 mg every other day...which seems very little) and seem to get excellent results from what i guess i can attribute to very hard and consistent workouts and very good dieting with adequate sleep and a clean life-style..which i think is even more important...thanks for your comments

I'm a big advocate of lower doses - and you're right - diet, sleep, "clean life", etc are always the key

How long since ur fucked ur knee up, because u have to be carefull, Run the test 500mgs 10 wks, and the decca 300, or 450 mgs, for 10 wks, and when ur on if ur knee bothers u keep ur squats to a normal weight and just do very high reps, like 225 for sets of 20.......
