whats better to stack my 500 of sus with deca or tren? i had 1 cycle of 250 1 shot per wk for 12wks of sus organon brand amps 1 yr ago, i took nolva for pct it when really good now am looking in to running my 2nd n i need advice on tren A 200 wk or deca 300 a wk i also need opinion on pct on this one thanks for d support guys...

im 29 5/8 206 25%bf only did 1 cycle like i post it 3.5yrs in d gym on n off thanks for advise..

at 25% bf i would use anything. You are at higher risk for side effects. I would work on your diet and training naturally

That's not an opinion, its fact. Ur 2nd cycle would look like a train wreck of dangerous inexperience "if u do run it". your first cycle looks like crap too man. You ran a single shot of sust each week? You didnt even utilize as much as 35% of your blend
bf is way too high, risk of too many sides and it seems as though you have no attained enough knowledge on how to cycle properly yet.
Best advise is to run a proper first cycle when you are leaner and build a base from there
