I'm sure you have heard this a million times but I will say it again.
When it comes to losing fat,,DIET is the most critical factor of all.
No matter what you take or do, if your not eating correctly your goals
will suffer. Get your diet and training in order for a few months and then
go from there if you want to enhance your weight loss with something.
