    *HELP* After Shoulder Surgery

    Thank you for reading!

I am new to this, but in June I just started to get back in shape after years of abuse. I am 36 years old, 5'11" 212 lbs, in July I had a accident where I fractured my shoulder. I had surgery on August 15th, open bankhart surgery to repair the shoulder. After completing the three months of physical therapy I am still left with weakness.
My doctor has allowed me to return to cardio workouts only. After doing some research and talking with friends, I have been told that Winstrol can really help me with my cardio workouts and will have great results in losing weight. It will also help regain the muscles in the shoulder with the exercises I do at home with no weights. At this point I am not concerned with having large muscles, just would like something to make the cardio more effective and lessen the recovery time, so that I can back to playing golf.
Any adivce would be greatly appreciated.

You should definitely consult your doctor and do physical therapy for a while. HGH might be helpful to you.

Would a blood pressure of 132/82 be a concern? If not I am willing to try it.

    Thanks,

14 weeks of PT have been completed and I am near full range of motion. Just still have stifness in the labrum which is keeping me from weightlifting. Never thought of HGH, I will do some research.

Dont listen to your friends they dont know wat they are talking about.Winny isnt good for your joints its hard on your tendons.I had rotorcuff surgery in 09.I was in your shoes once.So I went to the injury section and asked. All said the same thing do as the Doctor says beacuse if you rush it you will be back like some were. Now when he does give you the ok to lift.Which I wasnt I tore off bicep and shredded it.Use Deca around 300 mg a week along with test 500 a week. The Deca seems to lube your joints makes moving easier. But at the end of 10 weeks you need to run a pct.Hit the pct section nova and clomid.Have a ai on hand for bloat like Adex. And last but not least hit the diet section learn how to eat.Go easy you will get strong quick so dont push it or you WIIL be back in the ER.

    Thanks songdog,

I will talk to my surgeon about this cycle when I see him next month. After reading and learning in this forum it would be a total waste of money until my diet is right. Once I lose 30lbs then I will consider doing a cycle. I play golf at a very high level and I am just worried about adding a lot of mass. Not really concerned with large muscles just want to be fit. I assume that working out with lighter weights and more reps should do the trick.
