Typical Day & Supps
Wake Up: 7am
40g protein shake w/ 2% milk
Juicer: Two handfuls of Spinach, one whole cucumber, 1 whole apple & 4-5 strawberries or cup of blueberries
Mid-Morning: 9am
3 eggs and toast
Multi-Vitamin
Lunch:12pm
Rice + Chicken and Salsa
Snack: 2pm
Mixed Nuts w/ no salt or Greek yogurt
During Workout: 3pm
BCAA's
Postworkout: 5pm
40g Protein Shake w/ 2% milk
Dinner:7pm
Salad w/ Steak or Chicken
Sweet Potato
Night Snack:9:30-10:30
Rice Cake w/ Peanut Butter or Cheese (casein protein) and crackers
