    Typical Days Diet ... and changes/suggestions?

    Note: I don't count calories, I gauge by how my body is gaining fat or muscle. Please feel free to critique!
    Goal: Gain Lean muscle mass

    Typical Day & Supps

    Wake Up: 7am
    40g protein shake w/ 2% milk
    Juicer: Two handfuls of Spinach, one whole cucumber, 1 whole apple & 4-5 strawberries or cup of blueberries

    Mid-Morning: 9am
    3 eggs and toast
    Multi-Vitamin

    Lunch:12pm
    Rice + Chicken and Salsa

    Snack: 2pm
    Mixed Nuts w/ no salt or Greek yogurt

    During Workout: 3pm
    BCAA's

    Postworkout: 5pm
    40g Protein Shake w/ 2% milk

    Dinner:7pm
    Salad w/ Steak or Chicken
    Sweet Potato

    Night Snack:9:30-10:30
    Rice Cake w/ Peanut Butter or Cheese (casein protein) and crackers

    Hi. For starters from what I understand it is easier to either bulk or cut. One or the other. Pick one.

    What is your current BF? and what are your specific goals?

    Either way I am not so sure about mixed nuts and whole eggs and cheese and 2% milk since it is not clear what your real goals are.

    Goal is to put on 10lbs of muscle by the end of the year and currently in the low teens for bf %

    FYI...Gonna be difficult to get some advice without posting the macros for each meal and totals for the day. This diet could be ok or horrible depending on those factors...
    I am not the diet guru, but it looks kinda lacking to me. Not enough solid meals/protiens. If bulking is what your goal is... IMO...

    100% agree without macros you will never get it right. Not working out your macros is lazy and taking the easy way out and you will never see good results that way
