It's not snowing in New York but it was a brisk 15F this morning. Ride in to work was a bit chilly. I may need to break out the heated gear soon.

I used to be a "year round" guy myself. I took a job one time as a division controller, rode my harley to work every day, and in the winter. by the time i walked through the door, i was mr. GQ, and no hint of riding a m/c.

apparently, they didn't think that, (and my long sideburns) were a proper image for someone of my status. they asked me once to make certain corrections (drive a car, not a m/c, and shave my sideburns). it turned out badly, and ended up not working there for very long. since then, i dont' usually ride to work much when it's cold or wet

You need to make a trip somewhere sometime to see it. I took my girl and her daughter up to see the snow for the first time last year. They are both from the Philippines so they had never even been in weather cooler than about 75 deg before. LOL

One day.... I'm planning on selling this house in the next yr or so and buying Minni-bus / Winnebago type thing,,, just a cheap one and traveling around Australia.. so i may get to See snow then.. not sure what to do about gym workouts thou.. not to many gyms in the middle of kakadu or the daintree.

turn the bedroom in to a weight room n sleep on the couch.. problem solved

or better yet, install a pully system. Some local radio dj meathead made one around here. He can do 20+ excercises while driving.
Just think, tricep extensions while driving down the highway or pyramids while sitting in traffic.. life is good
