Height: 6'0" wt: 235 age: 21 %BF around 15-18% I am a college student looking to get a faster, stronger, and better body. I am looking to cut some fat and gain some muscle mass. I'm not looking to get ripped to the point of insanity for I play rugby and that requires me to be able to run fast and be agile. I work out religiously on weekdays, and I maintain a good diet with protein, carbs, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. I just wanted to get some input from people who have knowledge on this subject on what my cycles should look like and what kind of diet I should look at to achieve my goal of lowering my body fat percentage and somewhat maintaining the weight that I am at for I am a newbie and have only been researching steroids for the past month or so and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
