    I was bein sarcastic lol, well I notice what your sayin. I like looking at new threads just to read stuff like that. I enjoy this "I've done a ton of research but I still have no clue"

    rice
    chicken
    steak
    peanut butter
    russian bear 5000 weight gainer
    im 180lbs

    with out portion sizes that can be 2000 calores.
    i cant see how anyone can eat 5000 cal and be 180. You would have to burn a crazy amount of calories a day

    right now i havent started yet but i can lose weight easy. at my job im always walking and lifting

    if you really are taking in 5000 clean calories with a good split at your age you shouldn't need to cycle at all.

    Only typed half a thought on the first one.
