    whats a good steroid

    hi all nice site just found it have a question im 40 years old woking out for like 4 years and im taking Dbol -alt 90 capsules are these things steroids ? i take 3 a day morning noon nigh...if these are not steroids whats a good to buy i wanna get huge i work out 3 days a week mon wed fridays other days i relax.... 5"9 220

    Honestly, you are taking something that you have no knowledge about. You then come on here asking if it "could be" steroids. Honestly, you have absolutely zero knowledge of the subject and should not be anywhere near them until you learn some more. You need your diet in place as well. Most of your gains will be made in the kitchen.

    Why does everyone turn to dbol and then come here and tell us about it. If thats the first thing you take and dont know anything about steroids, thats the last one you should be taking.

    Do some research man! That can lead you a long way. If you are truly interested in AAS read, read, and read some more. Read medical documents, read the profiles of the steroids, read everything then you can make an informed decision and not sound completely ignorant of the subject. If your looking for an easy way out and looking for someone to lay out a cycle for you and not knowing what and why you are taking the compounds, it is not going to happen here.

    Get some Creatine, BCAA's, a multi vitamin, Protein and a natural test booster and with your diet you should be good to go
