    90 Day Transformation

Alright peeps...after 3 or more years of just literally waddling around...I decided to get back on the horse and get my ass in gear.

Diet, diet, diet and some solid training

I have been up and down with this for a lot of my life - but I worked too damn hard to get back to this and I will for the life of me...continue and continue and continue.

A lot of work to do...but I am back on track.

Great work man! It's really impressive. You've still got a way to go, but keep up the hard work and you'll be there in no time!

Well - here is an update. Almost there folks...took the pedal off the gas for a few months...not as hard core but basic diet and training was consistent.

getting to go hard core again for the next 90 days.

thanks for all the kind words and encouragement.

I started out at 235/240lb range...not sure of the body fat...but as you can see it was pretty high.

Now Im sitting around 195/200. Dont want to loose anymore...just working building a little and maintaining.

Thanks for all the kind words!
