Not to hijack a thread but Alex how do you like sachets? Same quality of gear?

I'm sure it depends on the source but it was good stuff, loaded full of ba and hurt like hell though.

Only difference between gear from ugl and pharmaceutical companies are metal particles found in gear and dosage isnt the most accurate thing in ugl's. Some claim to have 250mg/ml but in fact have way more or way less. There are lists out there of gear from all major ugl's that were tested and compared. Youll see a lot of them are way off.

As far as expiration and shelf life, it shouldnt be any different than pharma brands.

Bonaparte would be the ideal person to answer this question though.

Depends on how fresh the ingredients all were before brewing and what oil was used. But most should be good for at least 5 years.
If the oil goes rancid (grapeseed oil does this), you will often be able to tell visually. Otherwise, it will just start to lose a bit of potency and maybe hurt more (as fatty acids become more acidic as they rancify).

Sachets are awful. I had 10, the gear fell out of suspension, and I could not heat the sachets enough to get it back in.

To expand on what Bonaparte said,

It all depends on the UGL, if its a major brand name then you can pretty much be assured that the lab took shortcuts on both ingredients and techniques to maximize profits and often shortcuts for shipping like sachets which is a far from ideal method of packaging gear. This is a simple function of ecomonics, I have never seen a board where they conduct studies of gear to assay ingredients and purity, rather it seems most are hung up on big numbers on the label. So with those being the market factors the major UGL's simply seek to maximize profits.

If on the other hand its a small homebrew operation and the operator knows what they are doing and purchases all true sealed USP products (not rebottled shit) and use a good powder source there is no reason that a homebrew can not be within 98% of a pharma product. As they said on Pulp Fiction, I will take a Pepsi challege with my homebrew against any UGL any day of the week.

there was boards testing stuff years ago. I donated a few vials to be tested myself. But the lab got shit for doing it by the gov. So now there is no place i know of you can send stuff to be tested
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
