As said many times, it's bad for you in many ways especially financially now days. Anything that wakes you up at 3am due to a craving except for a warm mouth wrapped around your c0ck is back for you. LOL
I'm a cold turkey guy also. I quit several years ago.
Since you are on cycle trade the craving for food, protein up. You have to get past the other habits that go along with it. You want a cigarette when driving, drinking, doing this or that, it's a habit you need to break/change.
Also it sounds like you have an addictive personality and that being said/known do NOT experiment with anything else that may be damaging. Some people can get away with playing with a substance here or there but someone who has an addictive personalty can easily be hooked from day one.
