Ok, so after about 4 years of researching and psyching up, i'm ready to rock n roll. This is my first cycle and i'm going to keep it simple to see how I react to test on its own. My goals are to put on around 8-10kg (17-22lbs) of lean mass and retain atleast 6-7kg post PCT. I'd like to be up around the 96kg mark at around 9%bf. I've been told i've got a well developed natural physique so if I can put on some lean gains and keep them I should be feeling and looking alright.

    Cycle is:

    Weeks 1-12: 400mg test E
Weeks 5-14: 500iu HCG per week administered twice weekly (2x 250iu shots)
Weeks 15-19: Clomid at 100/100/50/50/50 per day and Nolva at 40/40/20/20/20 per day

I've got Arimidex on hand which i'll take at 0.25mg if I experience any gyno symptoms. At this stage i'm not sure whether I am gyno prone but i'll soon find out. I've also got some Letro but will avoid using this I think.

    Any comments/suggestions welcome.

    Cheers
    BK
You should check out Swifto's recent thread on using AI's during a cycle.

I don't recommend keeping an AI on-hand "just in case", I recommend using it throughout the cycle. Regardless of your individual response to gyno, you will want to keep your estrogen levels in check. You shouldn't need the letrozole, in my opinion. Aside from that, you did a really great job of putting a beginner's cycle together man. Off-topic, if this is your first cycle, I presume that isn't actually your picture.

Thats Stan McQuay in my avatar. With regards to the AI, if I dose before I notice symptoms, i'm just a bit concerned about estrogen levels going too low but I might try taking it at 0.25mg E3D and see how I feel.
