I'm 26 ill be 27 in march.
5'8 roughly 185 not sure about bf though ill check after work.
Ive been training for years but never been able to keep the weight on. I served in the military and i always stay fit.
A far as the 20ga I actually wanted 23 but I got these instead not what I wanted.
I decided on every five days Because mondays and fridays are my off days from work
