BTW alex, I'm sure you've noticed now, the Op's BF is 22%, & this is EXACTLY why I try so hard to get you & others to get stats before advice, & not just go over other members heads when they ask for stats. It just so happens this thread perfectly proved my point.

I never gave him any cycle advice, and I would not say I'm reckless with my advice.

"I would stick with prop" in other words, you suggest / advise, he use the Prop. instead of the Phenypropionate. & u did so, before you knew he was 7% over the recommended BF. You have done this several times.....................Reckless.
