after first injection help!!!

did my first injection and I didnt warm up the gear before injecting it so im guessing thats why im so sore I also injected slow but prob not slow enough on top of it. but I did the injection last night woke up sore worked out came home and been heating it since, im getting a lump on my lower back right in the middle like 5 inch from the injection site, a## is where i injected it, i know people can get lumps on the injection site but mines like 5 inches away from it so do I have any reason to be worried??? should i be trying to massage the injection site or the lump its possible the oil coulda made its way there???

What did you inject and what amount? Sounds like its just new virgin muscle injection pain. I don't think the lump has anything to do with the injection from my expierience.

test e 300mg per ml i did .8ml the first injection in the glute, 23g 1in needle, i couldnt get the oil in a 25g needle its pretty thick, where i injected is sore but no lumps or nothing just the little lump on my lower back is weird its pretty tender too, left side of spine right near tailbone its not huge or nething but noticeable when I run my hand over it

hey man... just chill ... i'm sure it's gonna be fine.

FYI it is possible that you could make things worse by heating it.... what i mean is the last thing you want to do is to heat something that is inflamed.

just try to leave things be for a few hours or a day and see if things get any better. chances are since the lump is 5 inches from the injection site, they are unrelated.

just keep a watchful eye on things. if it gets hot and swollen and tender to the touch, or if you get a fever, it could be time to see a doc.

I thought you wrote 8ml, then i realised you wrote .8ml lol, i got same problem once off a shot of tren, lump was sore, right near my tailbone but went after 2 weeks.

Ouch, Bro! If it were me, I wouldn't thing the two were related, and especially at that dose. Strange.... I would watch it for a few days and see if it goes down or gets worse. If it gets worse or doesn't go away I would go to a Doctor. And for some reason I just keep picturing a hernia:?

Sounds like your using the same needle for drawing and injecting. I wouldn't do that. I use a 21g to draw and a 26g to inject. My stuff is extra smooth, but you should still be able to get by with a 25g. Plus, running that needle though the stopper (even once, let alone 2-3 times when you get to stacking) can dull the hell out of a needle.

BTW, it's not a hernia...lol.

Also, I've tried the whole "warm up the oil" thing before.....in my opinion it doesn't help, for me anyway. If its ur first time around, its gonna be sore no matter what. I didn't stop getting sore until the last few weeks, and even then I could tell it was there....

Good point, the needle will dull after going through a stopper or two. This just sounds like virgin muscle pain to me.

virgin muscle, no worries. and get yourself some 25ga pins, draw with the 23 then swap on a fresh 25, makes it much much better. i dont really heat the vial per say, they are room temp to start with and then maybe ill hold it my hand for a few minutes or something, and i assume your using alchohal wipes on the stopper and your skin as well. my entire first cycle was agony, not to scare ya haha. and the lump, did you work back that day? might have just strained the muscle, the oil would settle downward if anything, not travel up.

Stop massaging. That can force the oil back out of the muscle so that it gets trapped between the muscle and its myofascial sheath. It absorbs poorly here and is able to be carried downward by gravity. At least that's my best theory on this phenomenon.

Just keep an eye on it and if it continues to get worse, get it checked out.

I never warm the oil up. If your keeping it in the fridge, stop.

also, i would imagine a 1" pin is long enough but i use a 1.5 for glutes..... maybe you werent able to get the oil deep enough and it somehow settled above the muscle ? how it would travel up i dont know but i guess anything is possible

5 inches away from your injection spot you have a lump, lower back. Highly doubt the two are related...Or could be Chinese compound in your gear, people are growing fingers out of their injection areas..lol

OP, that is exactly what happened to me but with my right delt. its happened twice in a row. i got a bump on my bicep about 3 inches from the injection point.

first time i thought it was just my virgin muscle not used to the pin or maybe i injected too much or too fast or w/e. second time tho and the exact same sh!t happened. bump 3 inches down on my bicep. i never have problems with any other places. only right delt. left delt is always fine. never pinning right delt ever again. in my life lol.

anyway, just chill. it will subside.
