    Diet on First Cycle Help

    Hi, I have been researching for a while about aas and now I am ready to take them. This is going to be my first cycle and I am going to start with only Test E at 500mg/week. I will be taking 250mg Monday morning and 250mg Thursday night. My cycle will look like this.

    Weeks 1-12 - 500mg/week
    2 weeks after last pin start PCT
    Week 14-18 - Nolvadex ED 20mg for 4 weeks.

    With this cycle I am looking to gain a decent amount of muscle and lose a lot of my fat it will be mainly a cutting cycle but I need to know if this diet and the test e will be good for fat loss and decent muscle gains, or if I should jus add more calories and try to gain only lean muscle.

    Age - 25
    Weight - 190lbs
    Height - 5'10
    Bf % - using calipers 17%
    I have been lifting for 5-6 years

    Here's the diet I was thinking about on cycle for 12 weeks

    Meal 1 - 50g whey
    Meal 2 - 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 2 chicken sausages, 1 toast
    Meal 3 - 50g whey, 1 banana
    Meal 4 - 3 chicken thighs, 1 baked potato and salad
    Pre workout - 50g whey
    Post workout - 50g whey
    Before bed - 50g casein
    Total Cals, 3200.

    I should have added Instead of the first 2 whey I can add 2 meals similar to meal 4 with some ground turkey or chicken.

    Too many whey shakes, you need good clean REAL food, like fish!! Where's the fish???

    Switch the whole eggs fir egg whites, and chicken thighs for breasts, and more green veggies

    I can add fish but do i need the breast is the thighs not fine?

    pct also needs work, research clomid for pct and look into using armidex or aromasin during cycle as an a.i.

    post your stats, current diet and goals in nutrition forum and the guys there will help you improve your diet, you may not even need any aas to meet your goals if you have a improved diet and sufficient cardio

    I heard nolvadex was good enough and that clomid has lots of it's own side effects. And I will get an a.I. With my diet I follow the main rules of calories in vs calories out for the fat loss and I usually only count how much protein I get.

    Im new to the game too but im on the same cycle as you right now. I would take the advice of the guys on here and add in the clomid. you dont wanna be messing around when it comes to bringing your natural test back. Good luck on the cycle remember eat like a beast, train like a beast and rest like beast.

    Thanks gymrat so I can add clomid in is this good 100/50/50/50 or something like 100/100/50/50?
    And will this diet still help me gain a decent amount of muscle and lose a lot of body fat in the 12 weeks time?

    100/50/50/50 is good for me.

    Don't like your diet. Substitute those shakes for whole foods and possibly even use the shakes in between meals as well.

    As mentioned, you'll get better responses if posted in the Nutrition Section.

    The main reason I had so many shakes was because I want to lose alot of body fat on this cycle and gain a decent amount of muscle so can you guys let me know if this diet will achieve that. I don't think I should add shakes between meals because that will add too many calories and prevent fat loss right?
