    Does masturbation release test is it bad to masturbate before the gym on testosterone, does anyone know much about this?

    I don't know....there's a lot of broscience out there on this. To be on the safe side my girl and I have our "sexy time" on non-lift days.

    When pumping large amounts of exogenous testosterone into yourself losing a little when jacking off should not be of any concern. It's been a while since I've seen one of these threads, jacking off will not reduce gains natty or not.

    I just don't do it because after sex (I rarely jack off these days) all I wanta do is sleep. The last thing I want to do is walk into the gym feeling like I've already worked out that day and need to take a nap!

    Meh personal preference, pretty sure it doesn't effect the amount of test in the bloodstream. If wacking doesn't reduce your intesnity in the gym just go to town on yourself

    its great for helping aggression. running 150 tren a a day 200 prop a day, if i dont have sex/wank im aggressive and pissed off all day. wanking 3-4 days today and im all smiles. i go harder in the gym when i dont wank due to aggresion, but its def worth the trade off

    ejaculation activates sympathetic system
    getting a boner after lifting will reduce cortisol/promote resting phase = good
    ejaculating after lifting will reduce test = bad but not too bad

    I find when i am going for max lifts or really heavy lifts in general it is better not to have sex before. However a good $hit before heavy lifts seems to help lol.

    I find it raises aggression in the gym

    Something about getting older and reduced blood flow to the mid section and by working out the legs you get that blood pumping back in to that area and since the penis is blood flow dependent well the more the blood the quicker the rise in the levis.
