    I like to hear about the changes from the past to the present and how such things have changed, the equipment, the types of exercises ect.

    Whats the biggest change in training techniques from when you was in your teens that you now rely on, equipment/exercises etc.

    Marcus is the king god of mount Olympus. He mixes little self-proclamed gods like zyzz in his shake and eats them for protein.

    And he also has the power to say: "Release the Kraken!" So dont disturb his wellbeeing. Some member bojangles(i think) tried and got fed to the Kraken.

    It is said that he gave birth to the very first barbell.

    Even tho' he doesnt talk much, you can still easily notice him by the fvcked up avatars he usually fronts.
