    2nd cycle dbol, test enth, deca

    Hey everyone, I'm 30yrs old, 5'8", 165lbs, and guessing around12%bf. I've been lifting for 13yrs fairly steadily, about 5-6 days a Wk for an hr each time. I used to train at about 10-15 reps, but have been training 6-8 reps for the past 6 mths in preparation for this cycle. I've also pushed my cals from 2800-30000, to 3500-4000 on average ( I aim for 4500 when my body allows it)

    I've done a dbol and sust cycle around 7 yrs ago with zero knowledge and no pct. The gains I kept were minimal, and I don't want to make the same mistakes again.

    I've based my cycle on readings recommended on this site, and also to use up all my gear.

    Day 1-8 dbol 25mg/ed
    Day 9-29 dbol 50 mg/ed
    Wk 1-12 deca 250mg 2/Wk
    Wk 1-15 test e 250mg 2/Wk

    Arimidex on hand for a.I.

    Pct

    Wk 18 hcg 1000iu ed for 10 days
    Wk 19-20 nolvadex 40 mg ed
    Wk 21-22 nolvadex 20 mg ed

    Any thoughts are welcomed and appreciated

    Welcome to the board. At 5'8 165 12% you're on the light side. I prefer to see guys that are at or approaching their natural limits before cycling. You may need to iron out a better diet. In addition, HCG is not PCT it OC. I run 250iu 2x EW starting week 4.

    "Lifting for 13 years fairly steady." There is no way that can be right with those stats. You either need to be honest about your weight training consistency or lift with a whole lot more intensity. I'd start hitting it hard for a while and then maybe think about a cycle. When you finally get there you definitely won't need test/deca & dbol.

    Ya up until the last 6 mths I was training 12-15 reps with everything I did, not trying to bulk, just stay ripped. Now my goals have changed and I've stepped up my training and diet. I have a pretty small frame too. When i started working out 13yrs ago I was about 125lbs soaking wet. Lol

    Getting ripped has nothing to do with reps. That's an old school misconception. Getting ripped is diet related.

    I guess I'm gonna get back to doing some more research. I think I'm a little more confused with how I should go about using my gear now for pct.

    Hahaha no doubt. its back to the drawing board for me. I just read swiftos thread on hcg again and it does make a lot of sense. I'm pumped to start my gear but wanna get it right. I'll b back with a new plan for your guys review soon enough lol

    Ok here it goes.

    I dropped deca and increased teste.
    Wk 1 dbol 25mg ed
    Wk 2-4 dbol 50mg ed
    Wk 1-12 test e 300mg 2 a Wk
    Wk 4-12 hcg 250iu 2 a wk
    Wk 15-16 nolvadex 40mg ed
    Wk 17-18 nolvadex 20mg ed

    Now here's where I'm still a bit confused. Should I run my arimidex along side hcg, or only if I show signs of gyno, right? I read it doesn't go well with nolvadex so I don't want to put it in my pct, but is nolvadex alone going to be enough? Admittedly still a bit confused

    you said you like the ripped you, I would drop the dbol and run test only or something else..dbol is for mass gains imo and many bloat up alot while on it..but this depends on your diet also..

    You should look into running clomid also with nolva for pct. I would also agree with the bloat accompaied takeing dianabol.
