Yes sir. Gonna try to get down somewhere between 170-180. I am pretty sure that I am at about 155lbs of mass via a hydrostatic and caliper/taping. If that's and I can get down to 170 without losing any mass then I will be at about 9% but Last time I plateaued at 180 and could not break it so if I get stuck I may use this on a small deficit diet to help me burn off the access 10lbs and put on the mass I want.
