Just to clarify: AR-R clen is 200mcg/ml and the bottle is 30ml. It comes with an oral syringe for measuring. If you are doing 150mcg/day you will have enough for 40 days. More than that if you ramp up to 150.

depending on the dose of the tabs the liquid can be much easier to dose. You'll avoid having to cut tabs and such.
