If you are going to run a-dex every other day it is mon-wed-fri-sun-tue-thur-sat-etc.

Take it 1 day skip it a day repeat.

It is 1mg/1ml so take 0.5ml for .5mg. If you want to take .25mg draw up between 2nd and 3rd line on the syringe each line is 0.1ml or 0.1mg since it is 1:1. You want to take 1/2 ml or 1/4 ml depending on the dose you want.

And you drink it don't shoot it, no offense but if you are having trouble with this mist basic calculations don't inject anything into your body that you have to measure. No joke, don't screw up abs OD yourself on something.

sweet bro, just sat down and studied it for a second lol. Yep ur right. 0.25 is half OF 0.5ml. which is roughly. 2-3rd line on the syringe. So should i start at 0.25ml?
