Will do. Started the additional tonight. It'll be hard to quantify exactly how effective it is I guess. Lots of variables, and being only in week five. I'm really hoping to see an improvement in shoulder. The other minor tendon issues I have (elbows) have already improved dramatically. Almost to the point of being pain free completely. I'm watching that shoulder carefully and trying not to do any damage to it. It's a bitch though having to limit pushing right now. If it doesn't improve but I pick up a few more pounds of muscle from the additional, well, that's a plus anyway.
