As ive already mentioned i have gained since that pic, Personal i think i have a good enough base to start a cycle. Everyone always says on this you need to be like a tank before you start a cycle, And i have already had someone mention you need to have a good base so your body is used to lifting heavier weights as u get into your cycle as u will lift alot more than already and your body needs to be used to it or something like that??. Just now im benching 90kg i doubt im going to start roids and go from 90kg to something crazy and injure myself.
