I have been on my first cycle of test cyp recently, as of this week I am now on my 5th week but I got it from a local source homebrew. One thing I want to know is how do I tell if the gear is good? I have made some strength gains on alot of lifts except bench for some reason, lat pull down went from about 160 struggling for 6 reps to doing 10 reps at 160 easy and doing 4 at 200lbs, and squats are up as well, bench just isnt as dramatic but its still up but I don't really feel any different besides stronger. I do feel a lot better/more positive about things but could my strength gains be just the fact I know I am suppose to be getting stronger or does that mean its not bunk?
