what dose dbol did you run first time and how did you find it, gains, sides etc
wk 1-12 Test Enan 500mg/wk (250mg 2x week)
wk 1-4 Dbol 30mg/ED
Aromasin 10mg/EOD
HCG 250ius 2x week
PCT
wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED (40mg/ED week 1)
wk 1-6 Clomid 25mg/ED (50mg/ED week 1)
Sides didn't notice any Ran anabol 5mg and Dbol ds 10mg

15mg is a very low dose, try 30mg this time you will get some nice strenght gains off it, then all going well 50mg next time
if you run it alone take 50 mg throughout the day, 6 days a week, if you run it with test try 30mg/ed![]()
Do u guys think sd is a better kick start then dbol?
never ran superdrol to be honest but I understand it can be hasher than dbol with the side effects
Liv52 and milkthistle is plenty once you have no current issues with your liver
Are you getting bloods done pre cycle and post pct? always a good idea, and makes for some interesting reading also
HDL and LDL isnt my area if expertise because I have never had any major problems there so I will let somebody else advise you on that
Your cycle seems fairly conservative so it shouldn't drastically effect it, but again Im no expert but I will say it may be a good idea to keep this monitored during the cycle also
flaxseed, fish oil, and oats are known to lower ldl. Raise and lower both of these comes from our diet and supplements
Niacin is just a bvitamin that may raise your hdl. Take a good amount of the first three and get some bw after.
I take 6 1g fish oils ed
flax-2 tbls 3x ed
oats-3+cups ed
There won't be much difference in gains from 30-50. Yes ull get better gains with 50 Rather then running 30 again. But I noticed painful back pumps when u go up to and past 50mg of dbol a day. I ran 60 pharm grade dbol Ed the gains where amazing. I felt amazing, put on 25 pounds in 4 weeks(water) But a couple times it cut my workout short due to painful back pumps. One time I couldn't get off the ground for 45 minutes. If u get good dbol all u need is 20-30 mg a day. The difference in hg dbol and ug stuff Is huge. Only steroid that i noticed a difference between hg and ug

I know how you feel....people pretending they care wether you do steroids or not lol, but in this case your stats were relevant mate so dont worry ha.
As far as the dbol dose it depends how much you gained and subsequently lost after pct that would determine if you need to raise the dose or not, if you have shrunk back to what you were before your 1st course then keep the dbol dose at 30 mg, if your much bigger then you need to put it up because you would have reached a peek of whats possible with 30 mg, the bigger you get the more you need, and the bigger you get the less time off you can have if you want to continue growing, if you put the dose up you will haveto increase calories also
