HGH : Bac water Ratio clarification

I've already read the stickies...but just to be on the safe side. My GH contains 4 IU/Vial. So If I add 1ml of bac water, this would mean the 50 mark on slin pin would contain 2IU of GH?

Thats right, it would break down to .4iu per 10 mark on the pin

Ok so I injected today, much easier than AAS injections lol. Only one problem, I was told to pinch my skin, insert the needle in the skin and inject. Am I supposed to let go of the pinched skin once the needle is all the way in? because I kept my skin pinched even throughout the injection process and as the liquid was going in it was hurting like a bitchhhhh.
