Got Bloodwork Back...It doesnt look good

35 yo
5"9
170lbs
10% bf

Cycle History:
1 Cycle Test-E/Dbol
Last pin was Dec 2011, ran HCG and then Nolva/Clomid for PCT

I am planning on a second cycle starting April so I went to the doctor to get some blood work done.

The result was low free testosterone at 25.6 (31.0 - 94.0 pmol/L) using the RIA method.

I see an endo on Monday. What should I expect? From the sound of the referral doctor, the endo will probably put me on TRT using a patch.

Also, I assume after my second cycle, I'll just go back on the TRT dose as there would be no need for PCT?

PB, need more than just the above??? History of TRT? Other BW? what are you trying to accomplish?? Looking for well being, gains in the gym, medical reasons or not feeling well? pls be a litle more descriptive. Low Free clearly could and prob is from recent cycle.

No History of TRT

No other BW test, I asked for the full panel when I had it done but they only tested for free testosterone. Apparently, they only reserve the full panel test for fertility issues.

I just want to be in the normal range when I am off cycle so I dont feel like I am wasting time trying to build muscle with low test. In terms of my lidibo, it seems to be normal for me but when compared to other guys, i think it is considered low. When I had a live in gf, we only did it once a week and it takes me a long time to recover if we decide to go for a second round, like 8 hrs or so. Its been this way since I was 18.

My well being is ok I guess depending on the day (or what i did the night before) but I think we all feel this way. Nobody enjoys waking up and going to work/gym..or do they?

Its been almost 3 months since the end of my PCT and i had no recovery issues even during it (i was able to maintain hard erections). Would it still have an effect on my free test?

my suggestion would be to find a good TRT doctor and do full hormone panel to see whats going on. no one can give you advice without seeing the whole picture. and yes after a blast (TRT'ers call it a blast not cycle) you can go to your TRT protocol, no need for PCT.

Definitely need full blood work to see whats going on, you may just need some good pct and HCG to get you going again. TRT is a lifetime commitment.

hcg 250iu x2 per week

PCT (if no TRT)
nolva 40/40/20/20

I will talk to the endo on Monday about further blood tests but at 35, I can accept TRT as a lifetime commitment.
