There's no "good" alternative to Keto that I'm aware of.

You will need it if you want to run clen for 8 weeks straight.

If you're not using keto, run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Clenbuterol will down regulate your beta 2 receptors. Once they down-regulate the clen doesn't work the way it should. Keto upregulates your B2R's so that the clen can do its' job.

The only sides you would experience if you ran clen for 8 weeks with keto is a waste of time and money...because the clen wouldn't work.
