Getting to the bottom of Gyno Reversal!

Ok i've had pubertal in lateral gyno for a couple of years now, nothing major but still bothersome and noticeable. I've looked at the surgery route but want to dissect more info on this topic before i engage. I've heard some stories of people shrinking it to the point where it unnoticeable, and i've heard some people saying the only way to get rid of it is surgery. My case is moderately bad, and its only on side , if i can shrink it to something unnoticeable id be more then happy and saves me less trouble going the surgery route. I've heard of nolva, letro and forma stanzol shrinking it significantly or in some cases a usage of 2 out of three , or all three.. so what's the deal ? , should i try it? has there been instances of people shrinking it? and has it worked for you ?

Once gyno is established for several years it highly unlikely you will get any benefit from anything other than surgery.

Interesting , anyone else have any input or have the same opinion as xelnaga?

My though is it's worth a try to do the reversal before opting for surgery, right? The only thing that would worry me is the possibility of killing the E2/libido then you have to deal with that.

Try 1mg daily of Letro for 4 weeks. If that doesn't help, your only option is surgery. Oh, and you'll want to taper off the letro.

Taper off to not cause rebound of E2, correct?
How long should you taper down and how much?

how fixed is the "4 weeks"? lets say the gyno shows improvement and resolves, can he stop it immediately or still got to finish the 4wks?

  13. #13
I heard letro is good for gyno if you've just gotten recently , but nolva is better for gyno you've had for a long time plus it has lesser side. That's what i was thinking , might as well try it before surgery.

Not fixed at all. I just figured that if it is going to work, he should notice an improvement within 4 weeks, and could continue from there for as long as it keeps regressing.

What do other people think about nolva opposed to letro when it comes to gyno reversal? better to try nolva because it has less sides?

i have been on a 1ml daily dose of letro since feb 5th , my nipples are still a little puffy but the lumps under them are now very small with no pain , the side effects from letro suck i have lost alot of energy and my strength has gone down , i need to take a pre workout to get going at all . going to start the tamox soon to help with the rebound . in c binos thread he talks about how pubesent gyno does not go away with letro , give that a read.

Anthony are using letro from pre-existing gyno? pubertal gyno.....I've been reading that nolva has been giving successful results with less sides, so i might try that first before letro .. i read c bino's thread but i dont remember him mentioning pubertal gyno .. Just want to know if anyone on the forum has successfully reversed pubertal gyno?

I have unilateral gyno , it's fairly noticeable ..if i get it shrunk to atleast half the size ill be VERY happy .. im going to try nolva every day 20mg, and forma stanzol 10 pumps a day. Has anyone ever knocked out pubertal gyno?

  20. #20
I've dug up some articles that mentioned "on average, give a 80-90% improvement/reversal in most patients" , so i might as well give it a try, just want some more feedback.

i could have sworn i saw it in that thread that letro will not reverse puberetal gyno but i may be wrong..
my gyno appeared after using pro hormones without a proper pct and no ai during cycle , first they became puffy then a month later i had a large bump under my left nipple, the lumps are pretty much gone, the sides werent too bad until about a month into it at 2.5mg/1ml so its a toss up , i would just go for the letro and see what happens, i no longer have pain in my nipples when i press against something and i can see they have shrunk just a bit.

Yeh i know it would be hard to completely get rid of it without surgery because it's been in place for so long, but if i can can shrink it significantly i would be very happy . Anyone else have insight on pubertal gyno, and what would be the best way of approaching it .?

I am currently doing a letro protocol to try and see if my moderate pubertal gyno can be reversed. I've been taking a small dose ramping up over the last two weeks from 0.5mg to 2.0mg now and have not yet seen an improvement but if I do I'll post here. I too have read about nolva possibly having an effect and have used a low dose (10-20mg) over the course of about a month to a month and a half and saw no results. I recently read a study about raloxifene having good success at reversing pubertal gyno in patients who were older, like 60-70 years old, so once I'm done trying the letro, I'm going to taper off and begin the raloxifene not only to protect against estrogen rebound but to give the raloxifene it's chance.

letro + low bf do wonders my friend, there are a few good stickes that contain info on gyno reversal, take a look around those.

Couldn't really find any info regarding gyno from puberty that has been in place for a while but thanks pawew , if you have time it would be greatly appreciated if you can post some bud. It's funny because im on a cycle right now , and the lump behind my nipple hurts! I think im going to take the nolva and forma stanzol route after my cycle is done, because i've read instances where it has helped. If it doesn't work out, i guess ill have to try the letro alternative. Anything before surgery to try and see if it shrinks it would be beneficial in my opinion. Thanks Mark,! keep me posted , how bad is it exactly, what do you mean by moderate, do people point it out ? ....anyone else have info on pubertal gyno , seems like alot of mixed opinions on it, but i guess everybody's body is different.

Well I have the classic puffy nips, but as of now I credit that to my current BF% (roughly 12-13% at the moment). I store a lot of fat around my chest area for some reason. Anyways, under both nipples have almond sized hard lumps, maybe a little bit bigger than that, had them since maybe late high school. You can't see them as of yet due to my body fat, but I'm trying to cut down to maybe 7-8% and I would think they would be more visible then. No one has ever pointed it out, and to be honest, it's probably just one of those cases where I recognize it whereas no one else would ever notice, but since it bothers me I wanted to at least try to do something about it.

Yeh thought it was a case of just self observation !, use some forma stanzol 10 pumps a day should get rid of your puffy nips in a heartbeat!, forget letro for now to harsh. Mine is annoying because i have a well developed chest, but on one side a golf sized lump! people take notice all the time, and because i have it on one side people look at it and assume it's on both . Im just trying to shrink it atleast !, saves me the hassle of getting surgery for something that's on one side , and not even really bad, but bad enough for people to notice.

    PCT PRODUCT.

FORMA-STANZOL decreases SHBG 34% thus increasing androgen activity, which basically makes androgens/steroids in your systems MORE effective WITHOUT any increase in dosage.

FORMA-STANZOL increases IGF-1 levels by a whopping 26%, doing so creates the perfect anabolic muscle building environment on cycle, off cycle and during pct.

FORMA-STANZOL decreases the number of progesterone receptors (inhibits the trenbolone and “deca-dick” type side effects and increases fat loss.

I developed gyno after deca/winny cycle in my early 20's. No other gear between that and starting TRT 8 mos ago. Most liley prolactin induced. I tried both arimedex and letrizole several years ago to get rid of it and ended up having surgery. I'm the poster child for gyno paranoia . Still Some small lumps even with surgery that they have to leave so your nips are not concave. Only tried one dose of tamoxifen and developed an aural migraine with no headache

Starting Raloxifene today, going to be using 60mg per day. I'll keep you posted of the results.

I went through sixty tabs of letrizole at 1/4 tab a day. I believe around six months. I was unaware about low e2 side effects at the time and they are fairly pronounced: depression, extremely low libido(. I was having sex once every three weeks at my wife's coercing) I read about some other success of people on the Internet, but not mine. Possibly because it was prolactin induced from deca. Worth a try before surgery but prepare for side effects
