i know nothing on how the military healthcare works. But not everyone on trt takes the same dose. Everyone reacts different so some people require more or less test then others.
I know people who take twice as much test as me and their blood levels dont come back as high as mine. So most dr's do bloodwork to see where you are at after being on a few months and adjsut the dose if its needed.

an ai is aromatase inhibitor. Taking extra test can raise your estrogen levels. You want to keep them in the normal range. High estrogen can cause other health issues.
