You need to be VERY careful because running an AAS especially to try to aid recovery is typically more dangerous than not because it gives you a false sense of strength, recovery and you are prone to re injure yourself. I'm having the same thing done in 2 weeks and have though about it a lot. If it was me I would forget the NPP due to what I said above and the prop would be dependent of age and natural test levels. HGH is a good idea, Anavar can help aid recovery from what I have read many times but I dont have experience with it yet.
