You have a really nice physique, well balanced, etc. - If you asked me (and i know youdidnt) I'd work on your lats- seems like you areprimed for some growth there and it will balance outthe gainsin yourarms and traps.

    Good work, bro!

BTW - I just started Sust this week - going for 3 ml a week
Thanks man, you should defiantly see some good results at 750mgs a week. My focus areas are going to be my upper chest and lats. My lats are getting a lot stronger just not coming out in measurements yet, frustrating.

One thing that helped me with my lats in the last year was doing wide grip pullups - only not so wide, just at the bend in the bar, and then going down all the way to the bottom and up only until my upper arms ar parallel with the floor. And a really controlled movement up and down concentrating on flaringthe lats. I made huge progress (which amazed me cause I'm 52, but the proof is in my closet - none of my sport coats fit any more!!!! LOL)

Mperk, If you go all the way to the bottom and fully extend your arms, you will start to use your bis and forearms a lot more.. It also takes the tension off your lats and places it onto your arms, the way I have built my lats are by underhand grip shoulder width apart pull downs and BB rows! Muscle to mind connection is a wonderful thing though, since I've been doing it, my workouts have never been better!

The OP just wondering how you shot the sus? Twice a week or EOD?

I did 3 times a week to try and take advantage of the short esters as well. Worked well just had some bloat and shoulder/back acne.
