    I see your at it again, Jurassic size to come. Im gonna run a similar cycle to your first, only in duration. But its good to see your doing well, PM me whenever tell me about your training.

    Allright...I will go into more detail on my training routine for that infamous post whore Talon, and anyone else who is interested. This will be 1 week workout...please note that reps, weight, and excercises change often so this isn't etched in stone.

    Monday: Chest

    4xPyramid Incline db press 20x60, 12x100, 10x120, 8x130
    4xBurnout Bench press 225 supersetted with:
    4xBurnout flat bench flies 40lb db.
    3x12 Cables crossovers 100, or 3x12 pec dec 200
    4x12 Decline 250 supersetted with:
    Pushups
    Calves: 6 sets of 20 with whatever feels good that day.

    Tuesday: Back

    4xPyramid Deadlifts 20x135, 12x225, 10x315, 8x405
    3x8 Bent rows 225
    3x12 Lat Pulldowns 200
    3x12 T-Bar 3 plates
    3x12 Seated rows 250
    4x12 Shrugs 100,120,140,150 db

    Wednesday: Shoulders

    4x8-12 DB shoulder press 60,80,90,100
    3x12 Seated Lateral raises 30,40,45
    3x12 Front raises 40,50,60
    3x12 Rear delts (varies between 2 different machines at my gym)
    3xBurnout pulley lateral raises
    6xburnout calves

    Thursday: Arms

    4x12 Close grip bench press 225
    3x8-12 Skull crushers 110 cambered bar supersetted with:
    3x8-12 1 arm overhead press 25db
    4x12 rope pulldown supersetted with vbar pulldowns
    4x12 db curls 40,50,60,70
    3x12 1 arm preacher curls 35
    3x12 straight bar curls 115
    3x12 revers curls 110 cambered bar
    5x20 forearms curls 75 db

    Friday: Legs

    4x8-12 Squats 135, 225, 315, 4
    3x60,50,40 Leg Press 60x400, 50x500, 60xs600
    3x8 Hack squats (machine) 4 plates
    3x12 stiff legged deads 185
    4x12 leg curls (machine maxed out)
    6xburnout calves
