so with whight is 84
and body fat less than 17%
workout everyday
one day deadlefting and other day squat no matter what muscle am working on....
eat 3 heavy meal per day and 2 sub meal
what cycle do u recomand for me ?
btw at the moment am into creatine monohydrate supplemant..
btw after the cycle am i gonna lose the wight that i have gained... ?
