Ok thanks znak I am thinking I will go the 400/200 route as it's only my second cycle. BUT from what I have read, to get results from deca the dosage needs to be at least 400mg p/w. Is this true?

Also, any advice on the following would be great:

From reading the All You Need To Know About Gyno post it seems that Letrozole is the AI of choice when it comes to preventing gyno . I will be taking .5mg of Anastrozole. Will this be enough prevention against Deca sides? I'm thinking mostly about gyno here.

Also, the author of the Deca profile page here says it is a good idea to have Bromocriptine on hand. Do I need to take this if I am taking Anastrozole? If so, what is the recommended dosage?
