Been training for bout 7 years on and off, got stuck back into training hard the last 6-12 months and have used testosterone boosters before like tribulus and bio forge recently with good results but looking for that bit extra now and to get to that next level off size, have also lost 10 kg's in weight in the last 6-12 months and hope to loose a couple more if i can before first cycle.
i do a mix off monday, wednesday and friday weights sessions as heavy as i can as well as abbs and tuesday and thursday cardio and a mix off everything on either a saturday or sunday. i train at nights atm but started training with this guy from work some lunch times as well doing alternate workouts to what i do at night time in the last couple off weeks.
i am currently on a good diet and plan to stick to it as its working, also take a low carb protein shake mid morning, mid afternoon, after a workout or cardio session and at night 30-40 mins before bed, will change this to a more carb muscle building protein when i do my cycle and after my cycle to try and keep as much size as possible if i can.
was looking at once a week, the guy who might be doing another cycle when i do mine said he was doing twice a week from memory.
yeh sorry if i'm covering some old ground, have been looking through these forums for similar answers and as we know everyone's different, just trying to get as much info on what will work for me and how to stop or block some off the side effects.
