Hi everybody,
I'm new to this forum and here are my attributes:
- Age: 26
- Weight: 74Kg
- Height: 176cm
- I had one cycle of 20mg Dianabol (Anabol) per day, 10mg in the morning and 10mg in the evening, for about 12 weeks 7 years ago. I didn't get a PCT. My weight increased at that time from 62Kg to 74Kg. I don't know how much of that was muscle and how much was fat/water, but I know that I had a pretty descent addition of muscle.
- I had to stop exercising 6 months after that cycle due to a wrist injury which was not my fault. Now I'm almost fully recovered. I sometimes have pain when do curls, but wearing wrist wraps will always stop the pain.
- I almost didn't exercise for 6 years, and then I restarted exercising about 2 months ago.
- My body is tight and healthy, taking full advantage of the 4 days/week bodybuilding regiment.
- I'm getting around 8 hours of sleep everyday. I don't have obligations (as I'm working as a researcher). so even if, for example, I was insomniac at night, I can simply sleep at 5AM and wake up in the afternoon!
- My work is not tiring at all. It involves sitting most of the time. My day doesn't involve a lot of commuting. However, I do all my commuting using a bike.
- I'm have 2 days allocated for sex a week, where I SHOULD have sex 3-4 times per day!! Accordingly, whatever steroid/supplementation routine I'm gonna follow, it shouldn't degrade my sexual capabilities.
- I go clubbing every week. But since I'm living in the country side of Japan, nothing is wild here. It's not tiring, and it's not that "unhealthy".
- I have good income and very little obligations. So I can easily spend 500$ on bodybuilding, and more in "emergencies" or when I'm doing some "special supplementation".
- I have a good source for all types of juice. However, I'll discuss that in another thread
Now about my diet:
- I have full control on my food contents and timing.
- For bulking, I'm currently having 240g Protein, 350g Carbohydrates, 40g Fats, and around ~3200 Calories.
- Having enough water continuously throughout the day.
Supplementation:
- ON Whey Protein: one scoop before sleeping on normal days with an additional scoop after exercising on exercising days only.
- Animal Pak: one pack in the morning with breakfast.
- Flaxseed oil: one table spoon drank directly before breakfast.
- ON Creatine: one scoop per day, after exercise or before sleeping.
- ON Glutamine: one scoop per day, after exercise or before sleeping.
- BCAA: CCD Drink (Japanese made) during exercise.
I've just decided to have steroid cycle(s) to get the following gains:
- Have a body made of about 76Kg Muscle and 83Kg fat (around 8%BF).
- I don't mind having 2-3 cycles to achieve my goals
- I need to have permanent gains that I can keep forever, provided that I'm having proper exercise, diet, supplementation, and sleeping.
Questions:
1- What are the recommended steroid cycles?
2- Do I need to make any changes to my exercise, diet, and/or supplementation routine?
3- It's very hard for me to find somebody that can inject me. Can I do the injections myself? (please don't limit my options by this point as I might be able to find somebody to give me injections if I look for a suitable person hard enough).
4- Do I need a premium subscription in a website/personal trainer?
